Manufacturing Muscle's goal is to share relatable stories and discuss challenging topics that positively effect and motivate listeners to consider manufacturing as a career. The people within our industry have mental muscle, and we hope their stories, if nothing else, encourage you to pursue your goals.

My name is Shae Eichele, and I am the founder and creator of Manufacturing Muscle. I grew up in an industrial family surrounded by manufacturing leaders and hard workers. Due to the upbringing my parents provided, I always knew regardless of the path I chose, they set me up for success.
From a young age I always wanted to be an attorney, unfortunately in January 2018, I had a life-changing injury that kept me from studying for the LSAT. After multiple failed attempts of the exam, I finally started seeing a different future for myself. I talked with my parents, and my Dad, Willie Eichele, said, "How about manufacturing?" Shortly after, I had my interview with The HEH Group's marketing director, Scott Mazon. He was looking for someone to take over social media as well as video content. Mazon took a chance on me and believed in my hard work, passion, and dedication. On September 14, 2020, I started my first day at The HEH Group working in marketing, and the rest is history.
I started Manufacturing Muscle to encourage others to take a chance not only on themselves, but on manufacturing as a career. I hope that you enjoy the content you find here, and never give up on chasing success.
